Service Description

SignalStep provides AI-powered network management tools, including step-by-step troubleshooting workflows, automated connection analytics, and WiFi health scoring. Our platform integrates with network devices through lightweight agents or cloud APIs to deliver intelligent diagnostic capabilities.

We offer various service tiers, including Core, Pro, MSP Enterprise, and Remote Sessions, each with specific features and limitations as described in our product documentation.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Acceptable Use Policy

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalStep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalStep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against SignalStep.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may terminate your subscription in accordance with these terms.
